- 网球数据：赛程、比分、排名、球队名单、球员标注、导入记录和用户确认的资料。Tennis data: schedules, scores, standings, rosters, player notes, import records and user-confirmed information.
- 导入内容：用户主动上传或粘贴的图片、文字、网页地址、文件和相关 OCR 文本。Imported content: images, text, web links, files and OCR text that users choose to upload or paste.
- 阅读数据：AI阅听中用户导入的书籍、阅读进度、听书状态、笔记和翻译请求。Reading data: books imported into AI Reading, reading progress, listening state, notes and translation requests.
- 笔记数据：笔记本AI中用户保存的文字、录音、图片、视频、转录、摘要、日记和垃圾桶状态。Notebook data: text, recordings, images, videos, transcriptions, summaries, diaries and trash status saved in NotebookAI.
- 技术数据：日志、错误信息、同步状态和用于保障服务稳定性的基本请求信息。Technical data: logs, error messages, sync status and basic request information used to keep the service stable.
我们如何使用信息How We Use Information
- 提供 App 的核心功能，例如赛程展示、对手列表、成绩记录、排名、阅读和听书。To provide core app features such as schedules, opponent lists, score records, standings, reading and listening.
- 解析用户主动导入的截图、文字、文件和网页，生成可确认的数据。To parse screenshots, text, files and web pages users import, and turn them into reviewable data.
- 同步用户设备与后台数据，改善离线体验和跨设备一致性。To sync data between user devices and backend services, improving offline use and consistency.
- 排查问题、改进性能、回应支持请求和保障安全。To troubleshoot issues, improve performance, respond to support requests and protect the service.
AI 和第三方服务AI and Third-Party Services
当用户使用 AI 识别、摘要、翻译或问答功能时，相关内容可能会发送到我们配置的 AI 服务提供方进行处理。我们不会要求用户上传与功能无关的敏感个人内容。用户应避免上传不希望被处理或保存的私人信息。When users use AI recognition, summarization, translation or Q&A features, relevant content may be sent to configured AI service providers for processing. We do not require users to upload sensitive personal content unrelated to app functionality. Users should avoid uploading private information they do not want processed or stored.
ITT助手可能读取或整理用户提供的 ITT、USTA 或其他公开网页地址中的公开资料。ITT助手不是 ITT 或 USTA 的官方应用。ITT Assist may read or organize public information from ITT, USTA or other public web links provided by users. ITT Assist is not an official ITT or USTA app.
数据保存与删除Retention and Deletion
我们会在提供服务所需期间保存数据。用户可以通过 App 内设置或邮件联系我们，要求更正、导出或删除与自己相关的数据。部分日志和备份可能会在合理期限后删除。We retain data as long as needed to provide the service. Users may contact us through app settings or email to request correction, export or deletion of their data. Some logs and backups may be deleted after a reasonable period.
儿童隐私Children's Privacy
我们的 App 面向一般用户和运动爱好者，不以儿童为主要目标。如果你认为未成年人在没有监护人同意的情况下提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。Our apps are intended for general users and sports or reading enthusiasts, and are not directed primarily to children. If you believe a minor provided personal information without guardian consent, contact us.
