身份绑定及比赛资料Profile Linking and Match Records
- Tennis Assist 身份确认：使用 Tennis Assist 不需要 USTA 账号密码。用户可以按姓名搜索或输入 USTA 编号；在保存绑定前，App 会显示匹配资料中的姓名、城市、州和官方 NTRP 供用户核对，并要求用户主动确认这是本人资料及同意所列数据用途。后台保存哈希化安装标识、USTA 编号、匹配姓名、绑定与同步状态、授权文案版本及确认时间，用于展示该用户的公开比赛、队伍、赛程、排名和评级资料。用户可随时在“我的”中解除绑定；解除后会删除该安装对应的身份绑定和授权记录，不会删除作为公开比赛记录保存的源数据。Tennis Assist identity confirmation: Tennis Assist does not require a USTA account password. A user may search by name or enter a USTA number. Before saving a link, the app displays the matching name, city, state and official NTRP for review and requires an affirmative confirmation that the profile belongs to the user and that the stated data uses are accepted. The backend stores a hashed installation identifier, USTA number, matched name, link and sync status, notice version and confirmation time to display that user's public matches, teams, schedules, standings and rating information. The user may remove the link at any time in Me. Removal deletes the installation's identity link and consent record but does not delete source data retained as a public match record.
搜索与安全记录Search and Security Records
- Tennis Assist 搜索与安全记录：姓名搜索会把查询内容发送给后台以匹配公开球员资料。后台还记录接口访问路径、请求状态、耗时、响应大小以及哈希化网络和安装标识，用于安全防护、故障诊断和运行分析。这些记录可能与安装绑定关联，不视为匿名。Tennis Assist 使用 HTTPS 传输，并可通过 Apple App Attest 或 Google Play Integrity 验证安装完整性；不将这些记录用于广告或跨 App 跟踪。解除绑定不会立即清除历史安全日志、完整性验证记录或备份。有关访问、更正或删除请求，请联系 hituptennis@gmail.com，并注明 Tennis Assist；请勿发送密码或验证码。Tennis Assist search and security records: name searches send the query to our backend to match public player records. The backend also records API paths, request status, duration, response size, and hashed network and installation identifiers for security, diagnostics and operational analysis. These records may be associated with an installation link and are not treated as anonymous. Tennis Assist uses HTTPS and may verify installation integrity through Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity. These records are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Removing a profile link does not immediately remove historical security logs, integrity records or backups. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact hituptennis@gmail.com and identify Tennis Assist; do not send passwords or verification codes.
解除绑定与删除Unlinking and Deletion
在“我的 → 更换 USTA Number”中解除当前绑定，会删除本次安装对应的身份绑定和确认记录。公开赛事源记录不随解绑删除；历史安全日志、完整性记录和备份也不会立即清除。如需处理其他个人数据，请联系下方邮箱并注明 Tennis Assist。Remove the current link under Profile → Change USTA Number to delete this installation’s profile link and confirmation record. Public source match records are retained; historical security logs, integrity records and backups are not immediately removed. For requests concerning other personal data, contact the email below and identify Tennis Assist.
