给家里人使用的笔记本。文字和附件按输入原样保存；只有录音会在用户需要时转写并做轻度清理，不会自动改标题、总结、生成待办或重组笔记。 A notebook for family use. Typed text and attachments stay exactly as entered. Audio is transcribed and lightly cleaned only when requested, without automatic retitling, summaries, tasks or reorganization.
一条笔记容纳所有输入One note for every input
文字、录音、照片和视频可以放在同一条记录里。保存与同步不会擅自改动用户输入的文字或附件。 Text, recordings, photos and video can live in one note. Saving and syncing never silently alter typed text or attachments.
按需转写On-Demand Transcription
只有录音会在用户明确需要时转写并轻度清理；原录音和用户输入的文字保持不变。Only audio is transcribed and lightly cleaned when the user asks; the original recording and typed text remain unchanged.
用户决定内容User-Controlled Notes
不会静默总结、分类、改标题、创建待办或生成日记；笔记的最终内容由用户决定。No silent summaries, categories, retitling, tasks or diaries. The user decides the final content of every note.
当前处理流程Current Processing Flow
手机端负责记录、离线保存和同步。用户发起录音转写时，所需的 AI 配置和密钥由后台安全管理。 The phone records, stores offline and syncs. When a user requests audio transcription, the required AI configuration and keys stay on the backend.
1. 本地保存1. Local Save
输入框、录音、图片和视频先成为本地草稿，避免退出页面就生成空笔记。Text, audio, images and video become local drafts first, preventing empty notes from being created on exit.
2. 同步后台2. Backend Sync
点击保存后按原样同步；离线保存的笔记联网后自动补传，不会因此触发内容重写。After save, the note syncs unchanged. Offline notes upload when the phone reconnects without triggering content rewrites.
3. 按需返回转写3. Requested Transcript Returns
只有用户主动要求的录音转写和轻度清理结果会同步回 App，用户可以检查、编辑或忽略它。Only a user-requested transcript and lightly cleaned copy return to the app, where the user can review, edit or ignore it.
后台管理Backend Admin
后台管理放在本 App 介绍页内作为管理员入口。这里不展示 API Key，也不让普通 App 用户配置模型；管理员登录后在后台管理 AI 引擎、任务和状态。 Backend admin access is placed on this app detail page. API keys are not shown here, and normal app users do not configure models; admins manage AI engines, jobs and status after login.
笔记本AI后台NotebookAI Admin
需要管理员令牌。后台目前可查看服务状态、AI 配置状态，并进入 AI 引擎测试与配置工作台。 Requires the admin token. The backend currently shows service status, AI configuration status and the AI engine workbench.
隐私和安全边界Privacy and Security Boundary
笔记内容先按家庭使用场景设计，App 不保存 AI API Key。后台访问由管理员令牌控制，未来可以继续升级为独立管理员账号和审计日志。 Notebook content is designed for family use. The app does not store AI API keys. Backend access is protected by an admin token and can later move to dedicated admin accounts and audit logs.
App 端App Side
手机端只保存用户笔记、附件、本地草稿和同步令牌，不展示后台地址和 AI Key 设置。The phone stores notes, attachments, drafts and sync token only; it does not expose backend address or AI key settings.
后台端Backend Side
后台保存 AI 配置，只在用户请求时处理录音转写与轻度清理，并执行同步和垃圾桶保留策略。The backend stores AI configuration, processes audio transcription and light cleanup only on request, and applies sync and trash-retention rules.

- 笔记数据：笔记本AI中用户保存的文字、录音、图片、视频、用户请求的转录和轻度清理结果，以及垃圾桶状态。Notebook data: text, recordings, images, videos, user-requested transcripts and lightly cleaned copies, and trash status saved in NotebookAI.
- 技术数据：日志、错误信息、同步状态和用于保障服务稳定性的基本请求信息。Technical data: logs, error messages, sync status and basic request information used to keep the service stable.
原始内容与按需转录Original Content and Requested Transcription
文字和附件按输入原样保存。录音仅在用户请求时转录并轻度清理，不自动生成总结或重组笔记。Typed text and attachments remain as entered. Recordings are transcribed and lightly cleaned only on request, without automatically summarizing or reorganizing notes.
